At NOVA Dynamic Training Group, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

General Return Window

• Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

• All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging with all tags, components, and accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety, hygiene, and industry regulations, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Medical equipment such as tourniquets, Individual First Aid Kits (IFAKs), and IFAK Trainer Kits (“Trainers”)

• Any sealed medical supplies that have been opened or tampered with

• Consumable or perishable products

Apparel & Gear

• T-shirts, hats, morale patches, and similar apparel items may be returned or exchanged if unworn, unwashed, and free from odors or damage.

• Sizing exchanges are accepted within the 30-day window; customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was received in error.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item different from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and promptly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.

• Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account.

How to Initiate a Return

• Email info@novatraininggroup.net with your order number, item(s) for return, and reason for return.

• Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return shipping instructions.

• Ship the item(s) back using the provided address and include any required documentation.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• NOVA Dynamic Training Group reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges if the item does not meet the conditions listed above.

Shipping Method

• All orders are shipped via UPS Ground for reliable and trackable delivery.

• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Area

• We currently ship within the United States only.

• Shipping rates vary based on destination and total package weight; rates are calculated at checkout.

Class Pickup Option

• If you are registered for a NOVA Dynamic Training Group class, you may choose to have your order delivered to you on the day of your class.

• To use this option, select “Pick Up” at checkout. This service is provided at no additional cost.

Additional Notes

• NOVA Dynamic Training Group is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

• Any damaged or missing items must be reported to our customer support team within 3 business days of delivery so we can promptly resolve the issue.
